When canceling, there will not be a deposit refund. Deposits are only refunded when the Makeup artist or Hair Stylist has to cancel. Consultants are allowed to reject/cancel appointments when the client is more than 15 minutes late. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at 754-221-7247. Thank you!
